- Design
- Work with our Foundry Home design team to draft the layout, floor plan and style of your new home to fit your current needs and lifestyle
- Complete a New Home Features Sheet to help decide on number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, special features (e.g., home office, gym, outdoor living, etc.)
- Select materials, fixtures, and customized finishes with our design team for the bidding process
- Approve the bid/ build cost and we are ready to begin construction
- Permitting & Approvals
- Builder will submit plans to local municipality
- Builder will obtain necessary building permits, HOA approvals, etc.
- Site Prep & Foundation
