Foundry Home Office
The Foundry Home office building was originally built in 1888 as the first bank in Bennington. As soon as we saw it, we knew it was a building we just couldn’t wait to own. After remodeling the interior & exterior finishes, we moved in and have found it to be such a joy to be a part of the growth and revitalization of downtown Bennington.

Here is an example of an investment property transformation completed by our Foundry Home team. We purchased this home, built in 1898, which was in need of some TLC. We recognized the home’s potential so we renovated the interior, staged and sold this home to a lucky new first time home buyer.
