Joe Hybner is a Registered General Contractor, Licensed Builder, and a Real Estate Investor in the State of Nebraska. He comes to Foundry Home with both a commercial and residential construction management background. He was formerly a Regional Manager for a commercial contracting firm headquartered in Rogers, Minnesota and has spent the last four years in residential construction management here in the Omaha metropolitan area. Our Interior Designers partner with Joe on residential new construction, remodeling, and investment property projects.
Joe provides input and expertise on best use practices, materials and construction methods. He develops detailed cost estimates and budgets for each Foundry Home Construction project for our clients. Joe ensures all necessary permits and approvals are obtained for construction or remodeling and stays up to date on building codes, zoning regulations, and other requirements to ensure compliance throughout the building process. He oversees all aspects of the construction and/or remodeling project, including scheduling, subcontractors, and quality control.
At Foundry Home Construction, we partner with only the finest skilled craftsmen and tradespeople to execute custom designs and features according to our client’s specifications. Our Foundry Home designers’ source high-quality materials, fixtures, and finishes and coordinate the implementation of these materials and finishes into the construction process with Joe for each custom home and remodeling project. Joe collaborates with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and availability of premium products. Joe Hybner is the primary point of contact for clients throughout the construction or remodeling process. As the Construction Team Leader, he provides regular updates, addresses and implements change order requests, and ensures that the client’s expectations are not only met but exceeded along the way.
Joe Hybner, along with our design team, pays meticulous attention to detail and quality craftsmanship to deliver custom homes and/or remodels that reflect the client’s unique style and preferences. Providing ongoing support after the completion of each custom home or remodeling project, Foundry Home offers a one-year builders warranty on workmanship and materials and Joe works with our homeowners to schedule and follow up on warranty work to ensure client satisfaction.
As a custom home builder/remodeler, Joe oversees all aspects of the Foundry Home residential construction and renovation project timeline and building process, from initial planning and design to final completion. As an Owner and Team Leader of Foundry Home Construction, Joe Hybner, is an asset to Foundry Home Construction and our Leadership Team.
In his spare time, Joe enjoys fishing in tournaments, going to concerts, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
