Foundry Home Group Team Leader Spotlight
As the Team Leader of Creative / Marketing and a Project Manager at Foundry Home, Kate Hybner, is involved in design coordination in various aspects of our projects to streamline the building and remodeling process for our clients.
Kate assists in researching design trends, materials, tile, lighting and plumbing fixtures, furniture, art, rugs and accessories. She helps in sourcing these items from suppliers/vendors and maintains and updates our resource and fabric libraries at our Foundry Home design studio. Kate helps in preparing presentations to showcase ideas to clients.
Throughout the building and interior design process, Kate facilitates development in design concepts and schemes, including color palettes, materials, and finishes. This includes assisting with the creation of power point presentations for clients. Kate coordinates meetings with contractors, vendors, reps and other professionals involved in the project.
Throughout the building process, Kate accompanies our interior designers on site visits to take measurements, assess progress, and ensure that design plans are being implemented according to our clients’ design plans. She assists in tracking project expenses and ensures that design and selection decisions align with the client’s allowances accordingly. Staying up to date on industry trends, products, and technologies is an integral facet of design; therefore, Kate attends workshops, seminars, and trade shows in design. Her edgy creativity and talent for content creation can be seen in our Foundry Home social media and marketing campaigns. Kate also assists our Foundry Home Realty Group with installations and staging model homes. She helps prepare our clients’ existing homes to list and with marketing ideas for our listings.
As a Team Leader and Project Manager, Kate is an integral member of our Foundry Home team and provides support in every aspect of the design, build, sell process; from initial concept development to project completion for our clients. Her position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of our team.
In her spare time, Kate enjoys riding horses, traveling, exercising, listening to music, spending time with family, friends and taking walks at the lake with her dog.
