Logan Hybner’s role at Foundry Home is diverse and multifaceted, requiring strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Logan holds a Nebraska Real Estate License and is a member of the Omaha Area Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors and is currently finishing his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree at the University of Nebraska. He oversees office operations and leads the financial planning processes to provide insights into the company’s financial performance and future outlook. This includes preparing financial models and investment analysis to support decision-making. Managing the office budget, tracking expenses and account reconciliation are all areas where Logan excels. He leads forecasting, budgeting and planning for future office needs.
Logan develops and executes Foundry Home’s overall strategic and long-range financial planning strategies to meet the company’s business goals and objectives. He analyzes financial data, market trends, and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for growth and profitability. His role at Foundry Home is a driving force behind our financial strategy and planning; he is adept at identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains within the office. Logan is instrumental in the day-to-day operations at Foundry Home ensuring each construction and/or remodeling project and real estate transaction is carried out seamlessly for our clients. He implements new systems and procedures to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Serving as a point of contact for IT-related issues at our office, Logan is a liaison with our IT specialist; he helps resolve technical issues and orders new equipment as needed to support our team.
Evaluating real estate investment opportunities, Logan makes recommendations to optimize the use of our financial resources. He provides strategic financial guidance and collaborates with the team to drive cross-functional initiatives and achieve business objectives across our various company business brands and endeavors. Logan is detail-oriented, proactive and able to effectively manage multiple projects, priorities and initiatives in a fast-paced office environment.
Logan Hybner plays an important role in shaping the operational and financial direction of Foundry Home and is the driving force behind our sustainable growth and value creation spanning all of our Foundry Home brands. His responsibilities cover a broad range of financial functions, requiring strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen.
In his spare time, Logan enjoys traveling, skateboarding, skiing, spending time with his family, friends and pets and building his personal investment strategies and portfolio.
